I downloaded Libx. Fun to play around with once I got it working. Might be useful at Reference Desks if not there already.

Jing - I just finished this module and I can see where it might be useful when handling an IM and the person on the other end writes "I don't understand" or "I can't find it or see it on the home page" I like the arrow
